Shipping Policy

  • Products are made to order; therefore, it can take up to 3 weeks for your order to be processed. Once the order is shipped, please include an additional 3-10 business days for your order to be delivered for all US orders. Because the products are made to order, do not expect immediate shipping! If you want to receive your order at a faster rate, choose USPS Priority Mail Express at checkout. This will put your order at the priority list for production. (USPS Priority Mail Express shipping does not mean next day shipping.USPS Priority Mail Express shipping means your order will be pushed into production before other orders.)
  • If you do not receive an email confirmation for shipment with a tracking number after the third week of placing your order, email us at (thehomebodiesclub@gmail.com).
  • All orders will include a tracking number. You will receive your tracking number via email once your package has been shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for any tracking updates.
  • For international orders, it could take between 5-20 business days for you to receive your order. Please be prepared to pay any additional custom fees if applicable. Please note that custom fees from shipping carriers are out of our control and we will not be able to accommodate any request for that matter. If you have a specific carrier you want us to ship through, do not hesitate to reach out. We will try our best to work accordingly to your request. 
  • As of now, our website only offers internationally to Canada and the UK. If you live in any other country and would like to place an order, you can email us at (thehomebodiesclub@gmail.com) and we would be more than happy to accommodate this special request!
  • Please double check the address you provide during shipment. We will not be held responsible for any packages that end up lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us immediately if you need to make any changes to your order. 
  • If your package was delivered back to us due to a delivery issue (wrong address provided, not being able to pick up the package from the carrier, etc.), you will be held responsible to pay for the shipping fee to get it reshipped. 
  • Please note that once the package leaves our premises, it is no longer under our control. If you have a problem with your package, contact us (thehombodiesclub@gmail.com) and we will file a claim with the mail carrier. It’s not guaranteed that the claim will be resolved.
  • By making a purchase with us, you agree that The Homebodies Club will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages that may happen during shipment.
